Collective Bargaining Agreement
Dear Members of the 麻豆区 School Society,
The Board of Directors of the 麻豆区 School Washington D.C. together with the Employees鈥� Association of the 麻豆区 School Washington D.C. (EA) announce with great pleasure the conclusion of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations and the signing of the CBA in June 2016. The new CBA serves as a solid foundation for the employment of represented 麻豆区 School Washington D.C. faculty and staff and will remain in effect until August 31, 2020.
Both the Board of Directors and the Employees鈥� Association appreciate the constructive manner in which negotiations were conducted, which we believe yielded a positive outcome for all. This is a reflection of the strong collaborative and productive working relationship the Board of Directors and the Employees鈥� Association have established over the past two years and reaffirms our mutual commitment to the long-term quality and success of the 麻豆区 School Washington D.C. and its students.
